Returns and refunds

At Praline's Paw we want you to be 100% satisfied, but as most of our products are made-to-order, we unfortunately cannot provide refund or returns for change of mind. If you have any questions regarding an item, please do not hesitate to reach out via email prior placing your order. Customer will be responsible for any shipping cost. For exchange of size the item, it must not have been specially ordered, altered or customised in any way. Items must be in their original purchase condition. If an item is exchanged for another item of lower value, a credit note will be issued for the difference, valid for 6 months (no refunds will be issued for the difference). All sale items are final.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving. Photo & video evidence of the shipping box and damaged goods are required.

If you require any changes to your order; including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, please contact us immediately.
